Plot Summary
The movie begins with a flashback of a woman named Shashi (Preeti Soni) who is married to a rich businessman named Vikram (Vikram Thapa). Shashi is unhappy with her marriage and has an affair with a young man named Raj (Rajesh Sharma). Vikram finds out about their affair and kills them both in a fit of rage. He then buries their bodies in the backyard of his bungalow and leaves the place.

In the present day, five friends, Chandu (Akash Rathore), Goldie (Sorab Rajpurohit), Robby (Amal Sherawat), Riya (Menka Lalwani) and Devika (Nidhi Nautiyal) decide to go on an adventurous trip. They take a car and drive to a remote location. On the way, their car breaks down and they seek help from a nearby village. They are told that there is a bungalow nearby where they can stay for the night. They reach the bungalow and find it deserted. They enter the bungalow and find it to be luxurious and well-furnished. They also find a portrait of Shashi on the wall and are mesmerized by her beauty.
They decide to spend the night in the bungalow and explore its rooms. They find various items belonging to Shashi and Vikram, such as clothes, jewelry, books, etc. They also find a diary written by Shashi that reveals her affair with Raj and her unhappiness with Vikram. They also find a video camera that contains footage of Vikram killing Shashi and Raj. They are shocked by the revelation and decide to leave the bungalow as soon as possible.
However, they soon realize that they are trapped in the bungalow and cannot escape. They also start experiencing paranormal activities, such as hearing voices, seeing visions, feeling cold, etc. They realize that Shashi's spirit is haunting them and wants revenge for her murder. One by one, they are killed by Shashi in gruesome ways. The only survivor is Chandu, who manages to escape from the bungalow and reach the village. He tells the villagers about his ordeal and they inform him that the bungalow belongs to Vikram, who died in a car accident a few years ago. They also tell him that Shashi was not his wife, but his sister, who he was obsessed with. He killed Raj because he was jealous of him and killed Shashi because she wanted to leave him. They also tell him that Shashi's spirit has been haunting the bungalow ever since and has killed many people who entered it.
